DMCA Policy

1. Overview

TrueForm OPC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of TrueForm AI to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. This policy describes how to submit a notice and what to expect in response.

2. Reporting Infringement

If you believe content accessible through TrueForm AI infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@trueformai.xyz with: (a) a signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and sufficient information for us to locate it; (d) your contact information including name, address, and email; (e) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner or law; (f) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to support@trueformai.xyz containing: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; (d) your name, address, and contact information; (e) a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of the Philippines.

4. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
