Copyright Infringement Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. Overview
TrueForm OPC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of TrueForm AI to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement submitted in good faith. This policy describes how to report alleged infringement and what to expect in response.
Although TrueForm OPC is incorporated in the Republic of the Philippines and is not legally required to comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we voluntarily follow a notice-and-takedown process consistent with DMCA Section 512 as a good-faith measure for rightsholders and users worldwide.
2. Reporting Alleged Infringement
If you believe that content accessible through TrueForm AI infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to support@trueformai.xyz. Your notice must include all of the following:
(a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
(b) Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notice;
(c) Identification of the allegedly infringing material and sufficient information for us to locate it within the Service (such as a document ID or account reference);
(d) Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
(e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law;
(f) A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Incomplete notices may not receive a response. Submitting a false or misleading infringement notice may expose you to legal liability.
3. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, we will:
(a) promptly review the notice;
(b) remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if we determine the notice is valid and complete;
(c) notify the account holder whose content was removed, where reasonably practicable.
We reserve the right to exercise discretion in responding to infringement notices and are not obligated to remove content we believe in good faith does not infringe any copyright.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@trueformai.xyz. Your counter-notice must include:
(a) Your physical or electronic signature;
(b) Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
(c) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
(d) Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
(e) A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a court of competent jurisdiction, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original infringement notice or their agent.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content at our discretion, generally within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action to restrain the activity.
5. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit or terminate access to the Service for any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is a pattern of repeat infringement.
6. No Legal Advice
This policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. If you are uncertain whether material infringes your copyright or whether your content was lawfully removed, consult a qualified attorney before submitting a notice or counter-notice.
